Process of restoration & key features
The developers, who are both trained engineers, have viewed the project as a ` labor of love`, rather than a real estate project.

In this light, original features were retained and restored , where possible, or copied and recycled within the house on a case by case basis. Missing features that had been ripped out through the years – for instance the embellished windows over the doors, the back sets in the walls or the fireplace- have been reinstated to their former glory, following careful research in library`s archives on similar houses. Special effort has been made to source materials, such as sockets, radiators, lights and handrails , sympathetic to the age of the house.
